Our Return / Exchange Policy

Fennel + Thread ONLINE PURCHASES: 

• You may return or exchange online orders by mail or at The Dailey Method in Wexford, PA within 14 days after you received your purchase. Email us to start your online return or exchange. Refunds (minus the cost of original shipping, when applicable) for returns made within this time frame will be issued to your original form of payment. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items purchased online. 
• We will accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may also be accepted.
• Reusable & protective face masks, undergarments and skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Without an original sales receipt, merchandise qualifies for an exchange at the current selling price. Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value.
• Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off and/or marked as Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Holiday Returns: We have extended our holiday returns. Any purchases made between November 15th and December 20th may be returned through January 15th.
